2008 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
The wine is straw in colour with brilliant clarity. Complex fruit driven aromas of lemongrass, gooseberries and capsicum are supported and complexed by a delicate smoked bacon character derived from partial barrel fermentation and lees stirring in new French oak barriques.
The palate is creamy, rich and mouth filling with lingering flavours of nectarines, lime and cashew nut.

2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour, it has an elegantly fresh nose of asparagus and granny smith apples with an underlying fine flint character.
The palate displays a lively blend of fig, asparagus and tropical fruits. The finish is refreshingly dry with lingering citrus flavours.

2008 Chardonnay
This lightly wooded Chardonnay displays ripe pear and apricot characters on the nose with roasted cashew undertones.
Apricot and Nectarine characteristics initially on the palate followed with a creamy buttery finish which is long and lingering.

2007 Shiraz
Deep red with a magenta hue, our Shiraz has a nose reminiscent of a basket of ripe strawberries smothered in mulberry jam complimented by subtle underlying varietal characters of star anise and red capsicum.
Medium to full bodied, the palate is mix of cherries, exotic spices and vanilla. Fine grain silky tannins linger on the end of the palate. Ideal to drink with barbeque steak over the next five years.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is bright red in colour. The generous nose displays a complex combination of fruit cake, cherries, licorice and mixed spice from 12 months maturation in French oak barrels.
The vibrant long palate is full bodied with ripe red stone fruit and vanilla flavours. While drinking well now, this wine will develop superbly over the next five to ten years.

2007 Cabernet Merlot
The nose reveals a heady combination of dark red fruits, liquorice, violets and spice. This continues onto the palate, displaying ripe dark fruits coupled with vanillin flavours and subtle oak.
This wine will continue to develop over the next 5 to 10 years.
